1. Service Description:
   • GippsHost provides ongoing WordPress maintenance services to clients who have subscribed to our maintenance packages. These packages offer various options to ensure the smooth functioning, security, and up-to-date status of WordPress websites, plugins, themes, and associated files.
2. Maintenance Package Subscription:
   • Clients can choose a suitable maintenance package from the options available on our website at gippshost.com.au. By subscribing to a specific package, clients gain access to the corresponding maintenance services and benefits.
3. Service Scope:
   • The maintenance services include, but are not limited to, regular updates of WordPress core, themes, and plugins, vulnerability assessment, security monitoring, backup solutions, performance optimization, and general website maintenance tasks.
4. User Access and Changes:
   • Clients are responsible for ensuring that any access they have, or access provided to other users, is not maliciously leaked or tampered with in any way. GippsHost will not be held liable for any consequences resulting from unauthorized access or changes made by clients or other authorized users.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   • GippsHost will not be held liable for any damage to the website or cPanel hosting caused by the tampering or uploading of malicious files or data. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain proper security measures and exercise caution to prevent such incidents.
6. Service Agreement and Payment:
   • By subscribing to our ongoing maintenance services, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. Payment for the chosen maintenance package is to be made on a recurring monthly basis, as specified during the subscription process.
7. Termination and Cancellation:
   • Clients may choose to terminate the maintenance services at any time. To cancel the subscription, clients must provide written notice to GippsHost. Please note that no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the monthly subscription.
